Vibrancy (noun) (vibrant is the adjective form) is typical Cultural Marxist Orwellian Doublespeak for nonwhite people. In reality, nonwhites are colored just black and brown. Those aren't vibrant colors. If you saw two inanimate objects, perhaps cars or paintings. The first was colored just black and brown. The second was colored mostly pink with some gold, red, green, and blue--white people's coloration. Which would you consider more vibrant of the two cars or paintings with the first and second group as its colors? Here's an example usage: Hillary Clinton said in August 2016, "He doesn't see the success of black leaders in every field. The vibrancy of black-owned businesses." Here is the common usage. "Vibrancy" in "the vibrancy of black-owned businesses" doesn't say anything at all about it. It simply means nonwhite. During the September 26, 2016 US Presidential debate, Hillary said, "You know the vibrancy of the black church. The black businesses that employ so many people."
Someone is considered white if they have four white grandparents, generally at least. If someone is light skinned and looks white but fails this because they are mestizo or have other background, then they are a "white person of color". For instance, Morrakiu says he is 1/64th Subsaharan African which is 8 generations back so he would be white under this rule.
Nonwhite used without a dash is pronounced "non white". When used with a dash, non-white, is pronounced "non hu-white".
More politically correct euphemisms
A euphemism for nonwhite is minority which exists to hide the fact that it's meaning is the exclusion of white people and it's inaccurate because white people themselves are minorities both in the world (going from 33% of the world population down to under 2%) and even their own countries due to demographic genocide. On Tumblr, they use "PoC" (meaning "people of color" which isn't accurate since white people have a wide variety of bright colors while the others have just the same brown and black colors.)
More euphemisms exist, such as also colored and ethnics. However, if instead of using a standard term, you instead try inventing a new term such as saying "people with high melanin count", then this can get you called "racist!" So people cautiously stick to the official euphemisms.
Examples of vibrancy
August 2016, Mufiz Rahaman, came from Myanmar and invaded Australia. Trying to top Josef Fritzl in depravity, he raped a 10-year-old boy, who also was a migrant. At trial, Mufiz told the court that this behavior is completely normal in his country and he even experienced it when he was a boy. This is called vibrancy. Once these people become the majority in Australia, there's going to be lots of this kind of vibrancy everywhere.
August 2016, in Canada a man says "hi" to a Muslim women and so woman's husband punched him in the face. Cultural differences. This is called vibrancy. The Kurdish man had moved to Canada from Iraq 15 years prior to the incident, but still kept all his vibrant culture.
Avoiding any of the various politically correct euphemisms and instead being honest and saying nonwhite will get you called "racist" if you are white and say it. However there is nothing derogatory about being nonwhite.
While it is true not all races are equal and many many nonwhite races are considered subhuman...
For example, from the mass immigration into the USA of mestizos, many of them in holding centers prefer to defecate on the floor instead of using a toilet since it is their way. (It is just their way! Don't criticize because that's bigoted!) Attempts to educate these illegal aliens in the use of toiletries have been failing abysmally. In another example, the San Diego Regional Airport Authority had a requirement that taxi drivers not stink. Anyone who did was sent him to shower and change clothes. Leaders of the United Taxi Workers of San Diego union are suing saying it is "racist" because Black Africans, Pakistanis, mestizos, and Middle Easterners stink a whole lot more than white people.
